Remove Door Panel 2003 Buick Century

Starting at the door bottom use the j 38778 to disengage the retainers from the door trim panel.

You ll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Remove right rear door panel 2003 buick lasabre. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. Pull the wires from behind the covers.

Lift the trim panel up to release the top edge and remove it from the door. You ll need to remove screws that are by the door handle arm rest under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don t want to break them. The door latch is also held in place by small plastic clips that can make it difficult to remove by hand. Use new trim panel retainers in order to properly secure the trim panel to the door.

Disconnect the power window switch assembly. Check out the diagrams below. Use a pair of pliers to get a good grip on the latch and then gently but firmly pull the latch away from the panel. Remove the screws from the front door trim panel use the j 38778 to remove the trim panel.

Pull the panel away from the car door slowly starting from the bottom of the panel. Oem buick century custom front door panel wire harness right passenger 4566 fits. Pull out the wire connections from the speaker to disconnect them. There are plastic clips all around the panel that hold it in.

Before installing the door trim panel to the door discard the old trim panel retainers.
